NOTARIAL SERVICES
The Consulate General offers notarial services exclusively by appointment to Italian citizens resident in its consular district.
Appointments must be booked on the Prenot@mi website after sending the notarial deed in Word format to notarile.hongkong@esteri.it.

Notarial Deeds
The most common public deeds which are generally required are:
· Special and General Powers of Attorney;
· Family Property Regime (Matrimonial community / Division of assets);
· Authentication Services (e.g.: authentication of signature);
· Authorisation letters to Third Parties;
The documents are written exclusively in Italian and therefore knowledge of the language is essential.
The interested party, after sending the deed to the notary office, must make an appointment on the Prenot@mi website and communicate the appointment date to the notary office by email at notarile.hongkong@esteri.it. The deed will be prepared by that date.
