The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation promotes the dissemination of Italian books abroad and supports audiovisual production through a new call for applications for grants and awards for 2025.
The program offers funding for:
📖 Translation and publication of Italian literary and scientific works into foreign languages (including e-books).
🎬 Production, dubbing, and subtitling of short films, feature films, and TV series in foreign languages.
🔹 Who can apply?
Publishers, translators, production/distribution/dubbing/subtitling companies, cultural institutions, agents, and literary agencies.
📅 Application deadline: April 7, 2025
Applications must be submitted to the competent Italian Cultural Institutes or Embassies using the official form attached to the call.
