The Visa Office receives visa requests only by appointment from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 12.30pm. Tuesday and Thursday from 2.15pm to 3.40pm (for type D Visa – National Visa only).
Visa applications must always and only be submitted in person. The Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong does not authorize third parties or intermediary agencies to submit visa applications.
簽證處只接受持有本領事館在線預約的簽證申請，簽證申請時間為周一至周五上午 9:00 至中午 12:30；D 類簽證（國家簽證）可於周二及周四下午2:15 至 3:40 辦理。
簽證申請人本人必須親自到本領事館遞交簽證申請。本領事館不接受任何中介人或代理遞交和代辦簽證申請。
- To request a visa you must make an appointment via our online booking system –https://prenotami.esteri.it/. The booking service is totally free.

- Schengen visas (up to 90 days): After booking an appointment, you must complete the online visa application on the website https://e-applicationvisa.esteri.it/index.html The completed form must be printed together with the barcode (NB it is important that the barcode is printed clearly!), and delivered to the counter on the day of the appointment. Visa Fee: 90 EUROS

- National Visas (more than 90 days): For national visas lasting more than 90 days, you must download the National Visa application form from our website (without barcode). Visa Fee: 116 EURO (study: 50 EURO)
國家簽證（90 天以上）：您需要從我們的網站下載 國家簽證申請表（無條形碼）。簽證費：116 歐元 (學生簽證 50歐元)
The visa can be collected by the interested party upon presentation of the payment receipt on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
申請人可於周一、周三和周五下午 2:30 至 3:30 憑付款收據領取已簽發的簽證。
It is advisable to submit the visa application well in advance before the departure date.
建議在出發日期前充分提前提交簽證申請。

PLEASE NOTE THAT: Holders of HKSAR (issued by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) and MSAR (issued by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region) passports are exempt from the visa requirement for entry into the Schengen area for stays lasting no more than 3 months. Also BNO passport holders do not need an entry visa to the Schengen area for stays lasting no more than 3 months.
請注意：持有香港特別行政區護照（由香港特別行政區政府簽發）和澳門特別行政區護照（由澳門特別行政區政府簽發）的人士，可豁免簽證進入申根區並長期逗留不超過3個月。BNO護照持有者，在申根區停留不超過 3 個月也不需要入境簽證。
