Relevant Professionals in the fields of Law and/or Taxation

LIST OF RELEVANT PROFESSIONALS IN THE FIELDS OF LAW AND TAXATION AVAILABLE TO THE USERS OF CONSULAR SERVICES

You can find the names and the contact details of the relevant professionals (lawyers, fiscal experts, accountants) at the following link: List of reference professionals when needed, without prejudice, of course, to the possibility of seeking other professionals of your own choice.

Please note that the list has been drawn up on the basis of requests for inclusion made by the professionals themselves and must therefore be considered open-ended and not exhaustive, in the sense that it may include other names in the future. Please also note that this Consulate General is not liable for the quality of the services provided by these professionals, their work and their service charges.

The professionals listed meet the following minimum requirements:

1) knowledge of the Italian language, in addition to the vehicular language (and local language if applicable);

2) legal qualification to practise the profession and registration in the relative register and/or professional order;

3) thorough knowledge of local and Italian legislation in the specific sector of activity, or association or collaboration relations with similar firms in Italy

Professionals (in the fields of law and/or taxation) who wish to be included in the aforementioned list must send a specific request to this Consulate General, together with:

1) explicit declaration of interest in being included in the list of professionals (in the fields of law and/or taxation);

1) explicit declaration of interest in being included in the list of professionals (in the fields of law and/or taxation) that this Consulate General provides upon request;

2) declaration of possession of legal qualification to practise the profession and registration in the relevant professional roll and/or order;

3) knowledge of the Italian language and/or of a vehicular language (and of the local language if applicable);

4) declaration that he/she has not been convicted of any criminal offence and does not have any pending criminal proceedings;

5) any sectoral specialisations that you wish to specify (it must be an exceptionally concise statement)

This Consulate General reserves the right to ascertain that the above requirements are met.
