The Consulate General of Italy in Hong Kong is pleased to present the Italian Sports Day 2026 – Fencing Open Day, taking place on Sunday, 13 September 2026, at the International Fencing Academy in Hong Kong.
The Fencing Open Day will be guided by Italian Olympic Coaches Maurizio Zomparelli and Giacomo Fanizza, in collaboration with the International Fencing Academy. The initiative offers young participants an exciting opportunity to discover fencing, learn from experienced Italian coaches and experience the values of sport, discipline, fair play and friendship.
The event is part of the Italian Sports Day in the World initiative, promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, which celebrates the role of sport as a vehicle for cultural exchange, friendship and international cooperation.
When: Sunday, 13 September 2026, from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm
- Session 1: 3:00 pm–4:00 pm | Ages 6–11
- Session 2: 4:00 pm–5:30 pm | Ages 12–16
Where: International Fencing Academy (Kai Tak Center)

Registration: Free of charge, on a first come, first served basis.
