Please be informed that, starting from 12 October 2025, 29 European countries, including Italy, will gradually introduce the Entry Exit System (EES) over a period of six months. It is a new centralised system for managing the entry and exit of non-EU nationals crossing the Schengen border to travel to Europe for a short stay.
