Chef <strong data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"394\">Giandomenico Caprioli<\/strong> (Restaurant Giando) opened the programme of five culinary masterclasses scheduled to run through Friday. Further sessions will be conducted by Chefs <strong data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"563\">Angelo Aglian\u00f2<\/strong> (one Michelin star), <strong data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"602\">Antimo Merone<\/strong> (one Michelin star), <strong data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"645\">Giuseppe De Vuono<\/strong> (two Michelin stars), and <strong data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"691\">Zeno Bevilacqua<\/strong>, representing the restaurants Tosca, Estro, Octavium and LucAle respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1126\">Chef <strong data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"795\">Valerio Mandile<\/strong> (Restaurant Grissini) oversaw the luncheon organized within the framework of <em data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"888\">Vinocondiviso<\/em>, an initiative dedicated to the promotion of Italian wine. The most recent edition, held on Sunday, 16 November, focused on <strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1027\">Sangiovese<\/strong>, with the participation of 22 importers presenting 74 labels to an audience of over 150 attendees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1530\">The Hong Kong programme for the 10th edition of SCIM also includes a dinner organized with the support of the Italian Cultural Institute in Hong Kong, in partnership with the Dante Alighieri Society and the local delegation of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina. The menu will highlight culinary traditions featured in the works of <strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1480\">Andrea Camilleri<\/strong>, whose centenary is being commemorated this year.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1718\">On Sunday, 29 November, the Hong Kong delegation of the <strong data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1609\">Cavalieri di Alba<\/strong> will host its annual gala dinner, which will spotlight Piedmontese truffle and the region\u2019s wine excellence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"2128\">With the support of <strong data-start=\"1740\" data-end=\"1757\">ICE Hong Kong<\/strong>, four appointments dedicated to chocolate preparation and tasting will also be held, conducted by the <strong data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1916\">Tessieri School \u2013 School of Culinary Arts and Pastry<\/strong> of Tuscany.
