In order to uphold transparency and equality, all appointments must be booked exclusively online on the PRENOT@MI<\/strong><\/span><\/a> portal through the personal account of the interested party. <\/span><\/span>To access the online booking system,\u00a0individual registration must be finalised first.\u00a0 <\/span>The registered user, except for minors, must be the same as the person requesting the service at the counter.<\/span><\/p>\n Please be advised that the online booking system is free of charge<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n To make your website navigation easier, we have divided the services that we provide into two sections: one for Italian citizens<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and one for\u00a0foreign citizens<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Each page on the menu contains useful information on how to request a specific service.
