OPENING HOURS IN CASE OF TYPHOON OR RAINSTORM WARNING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Information on weather conditions and precautionary measures to be taken in case of Typhoon Signal 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm are available website of\u00a0the Hong Kong Observatory<\/a>, which is regularly updated by the Hong Kong Authorities.\u00a0In case of a Typhoon Signal 8 (or above), it is strongly recommended not to go out.<\/p>\n

According to the level of alert and the indications recommended by the local Authorities, the Consulate General of Italy will remain closed if a\u00a0Typhoon Signal 8<\/strong>\u00a0(or above) or a\u00a0Black Rainstorm warning<\/strong>\u00a0is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. If the Typhoon Signal is lowered to Signal 3, or if the Rainstorm Warning is lowered to a Red Signal before 12:00pm, consular services will resume on the same day from 2:00pm, according to the office opening time.<\/p>\n

Appointments canceled because of the whether alert will be rescheduled and each individual will be contacted by the Consulate personnel as soon as the office is reopened.<\/p>\n
